The Competitive Lending Association is committed to providing a safe, ethical, and economical platform for ensuring that your lending partner and loan originator is the right choice for you. Not only do we educate, motivate and stimulate our loan officers, but we also hold them accountable. Any complaints filed against a member or non member are investigated thoroughly and posted online for public view. This has proven to be a successful practice and will contribute for years to come. We invite all suggestions and participation.
The Competitive Lending Association is committed to its members to the fullest. We provide the ability for our members to earn and maintain credibility through accountability. Education and certification programs are heavily endorsed and recommended, many of which are provided free of charge to our members.

Online lead generation has become a standard
and profitable practice. However,
with the amount of competition, low balling, plus bait and switch
practices have also become a standard. The Competitive Lending
Association will not endorse these activities and is committed
to identifying the loan officers responsible and will hold them
accountable for their actions...

A negative report was often disputed by stating the loan officer was no longer employed at that institution, or the loan officer had a fresh start at a new company. This is a thing of the past. The CLA profiles are attached to the loan officers. If a loan officer switches branches or jobs, his profile stays with him, negative or positive. This encourages ethical practices and is heavily recommended to maintain your profile with honesty and integrity.

The Competitive Lending Association is now the host of the largest accountability program of its kind. The public can search and review the details of a loan officer prior to engaging in a transaction.
